Günter "Gun" Mader - Geboren am 02. Mai 1941 in Bitterfeld - Land Sachsen- Anhalt - Deutschland


Während meiner Militärzeit wurden mir die Klopfzeichen des verehrten Herrn Samuel Finley Breeze MORSE beigebracht.
Gleichzeitig erfuhr ich durch meinen Freund Rainer - DJ5YP - das es Amateurfunk gibt. Und das man, einmal vom HF- Bazillus infiziert, von diesem nicht mehr los kommt!

So begann ich dann 1966 meine "Laufbahn" als Funkamateur mit dem Rufzeichen DM4STH. Später folgten die Rufzeichen DM2CTH, Y23TH und DL3HTR. Jetzt nun DL3YA!

Gern bin ich in der Betriebsart Telegraphie unterwegs, weil man damit am besten Länder, Inseln, Naturschutzgebiete und sonst alles mögliche sammeln kann. Das macht die Beantragung von Diplomen erheblich leichter.

Beruflich bin ich im Verkehrswesen angesiedelt und war lange Jahre bis zu meiner Pensionierung in leitenden Funktionen in namhaften Unternehmen tätig.

Neben dem Amateurfunk habe ich noch die Modelleisenbahn als weiteres Hobby. Es findet sich hier eine kleine Anlage und eine Sammlung von Lokomotiven und Wagen in der Spur H0. Alles noch analog.

Von 2007 bis 2012 war ich mit meiner XYL oft mit unserem Motorboot auf Binnengewässern unterwegs. Hier im Heimathafen Aken/ Elbe.

Weil wir noch weitere Touren in kürzerer Zeit unternehmen wollen haben wir uns 2012 ein Wohnmobil gekauft. Nun hoffen wir auf gute Gesundheit und schöne Erlebnisse.

During my time of service the knocking-signs of the revered Mr Samuel Finley Breeze MORSE were taught me.
Simultaneously I found out through my friend Rainer - DJ5YP - that gives it to amateur radio. And that one, once of the HF- germ infects, from this no more rid comes !
So I began then my "career" in 1966 as a radio amateur with the Call DM4STH. Later the Calls DM2CTH, Y23TH and DL3HTR followed. Now DL3YA !

With pleasure I work most in telegraphy because one can gather countries, islands, wwff´s and all possible one else best with that.
That makes the ordering of diplomas considerably easier.

I am professional in the traffic settled and was long years up to my superannuation in leading functions in enterprises of repute active.

Next to the amateur radio I have still the model railroad as a further hobby. However, finds itself here no plant more but only a collection of engines and cars in the trace H0. All in analogue.

Are in 2007 to 2012 I am often awake with my XYL with our motorboat of German River and Seas on the way. See our in Harbor Aken/ Elbe River.

Because we want to undertake even other tours in shorter time we to us in 2012 a camper bought. Now we hope for good health and nice experiences.
